Day 182/365 – Curried Crab and Dumplings

One word – YUM!!!

I don’t always cook “traditional” dishes but really was in the mood for this and with Trini friends visiting, it made for a great excuse to make a pot of curried crab and dumplings…

I really would like some now that i’m looking at this photo again.. It was finger licking good.. Tasted More-ish my friends said.. hehe.

I will definitely do a Caribbean night in our new place..
