We decided on Lamb Chops, Polenta with mushroom, Swiss Chard with fennel and this kick-a$$ salad.. It was possibly my favorite dish tonight.
Watercress with radicchio and endive, sliced pear, honey pecans, goat cheese… OMG!!! I love salads with “stuff” in it.. The flavors just ignites your mouth..
Honestly, I really do wish we had a restaurant still.. I’d have you all come over and cook every night…
