Day 172/365 – Bake and Shark

Sometimes, believe it or not, even though i’m married to an awesome Chef, he allows me in the kitchen for some down home Trini meals..

Tonight I treated him to my take on a traditional Bake and Shark.

Fried Shark on a bed of Cole Slaw, drizzled with Srirachi hot sauce on a roll… YUM!!!  Deliciously sweet meat. If you haven’t tried it, you should..

It is a must try if you visit Trinidad.. We especially recommend you have it when you visit Maracas Beach.. Nothing like some sand in your sandwich 😀

I’m thinking of hosting a Caribbean night if ever i get around to getting a new place. You are all invited (paid) guests of course.. hehehe
